90s legends signed up for daytime club in Newcastle as Ikon and Tuxedo Princess glory days return

It’s already proved popular on numerous occasions in the last 12 months and a daytime night club is getting ready to re-open its doors in Newcastle, with some 90s dance legends doing the entertaining. And that’s not all as organisers are promising to throw things back to the glory days of North East nightspots like Tall Trees, Ikon and Tuxedo Princess.

Now when it comes to famous clubs in Newcastle, many people need look no further than Digital; known for attracting celebrity revellers like Louis Tomlinson (who once partied at Digi Mondays!) and hosting DJ icons like Andy Whitby, Annie Mac, Deadmau5 and Sasha. And, not for the first time, on May 25, Dreamworx Day Club will take up residence in Times Square in Newcastle city centre once again, for a rave that will start long before the sun goes down.

And the team behind the event are upping the ante this time round, by signing up QFX to appear. Known for their massive hits like Freedom, Whiplash and Everytiime You Touch Me, QFX will bring their iconic sound to the stage, delivering an unforgettable live performance that fans won’t want to miss.

Following the overwhelming success of last year’s event, Dreamworx has been hard at work elevating the experience, and with QFX leading the lineup, they’re sure to exceed all expectations. Their chart-topping singles and electric live shows will create an atmosphere of pure nostalgia and high energy.

In addition to QFX, a stellar lineup of 90s and 00s DJs will take partygoers on a journey back to the golden days of Tuxedo Princess, Ikon, and Tall Trees. With classic beats filling the air, music lovers are in for a trip down memory lane.

But it’s not just about the music. Dreamworx will also feature a host of thrilling performances, including dancers, fire eaters, and stilt walkers. Adding to the excitement, confetti cannons will burst throughout the event, making this celebration one to remember.

Tickets for Dreamworx Day Club go on sale on Monday, March 31 and with demand expected to be high, organizers encourage grabbing tickets as soon as they’re available to avoid disappointment.

“Last year’s event was an incredible success, and we’re determined to top that in every way this year,” said the Dreamworx team. With QFX as our headliner, we’re bringing something truly special, and we’ve got more surprises lined up!”
