Amazon shoppers amazed by £100 robot hoover which leaves homes ‘immaculate’

Nobody likes doing household chores, but tasks like washing dishes, mopping floors and cleaning windows must be done if we want to live in a nice clean home.

One of the most taxing tasks is hoovering carpets and rugs, with a lot of physical energy needed to manoeuvre big and bulky cleaners into every nook and cranny of the house.

But it doesn’t have to be that difficult, with the technological revolution boasting a number of products to make cleaning far easier for homeowners and renters. Many people will opt to have coffee machines to automate their morning brew, and dishwashers to leave crockery and silverware gleaming – so why not invest in a robotic vacuum to shine your floors and de-clog your carpets?

If you’re tired of dragging your carpet and floor cleaner about the house for hours, then we may have found the perfect product for you in the Lefant M210 Robot Vacuum Cleaner – selling for £99.96 instead of its £229.99 retail price on Amazon. A robotic vacuum, this tidy bit of top tech comes with four cleaning modes in automatic, planning, fixed point, and edge to clean every inch of your floor.

The M210 is equipped with a 2200 Pa brushless nozzle and two side brushes and powerful suction, allowing it to draw hair, debris and dust directly into the large capacity (500ml) dust collection bucket. Meanwhile two layers of filtration prevent secondary contamination.

With a body just 7.8cm thick, the vacuum can fit in spaces between sofas, beds and corners without snagging. And the extra long battery life of 120 minutes allows it to run for some time, before automatically returning to its charging station when it’s running out of juice.

A built-in 6D anti-collision sensor stops the device from needlessly colliding with the environment around it, including stairs to avoid falling. With a 500ml bin, the device also only needs to be cleaned every five to seven days – while most 300ml bins can hold less waste and decrease the frequency of cleaning.

And with so many features, it’s easy to see why the product has accrued a 4.3 star rating based off more than 12,000 reviews. Many people have complimented the device on its suction power, ease of use, versatility and low noise levels. Some complained about the mop function of the vacuum, but most reviews are positive.

One person wrote: “I’ve always believed if something is too good to be true then it probably is. I thought this seeing this robot vacuum available for £99 but I spent some time looking at reviews and videos of YouTube and I thought I’d risk it.

“Setting this up in the Lefant app is super easy and combining this with smart devices is just as simple, but for the product itself it’s fantastic. We set it up to do the downstairs of our house when we go out and the amount it picks up is remarkable and quite frankly because of this our house has never been cleaner.

“Is it the smartest vacuum in the world? No. It bumps into everything, goes over the same spots it’s done but leaving it to do its thing whilst we’re out we come home to the house looking immaculate and do I think we’d see much difference from spending more for a device that can map the room/do the same job quicker? I doubt it. We’ll probably end up getting another one for upstairs we’re enjoying it that much!”

Another added: “First class service, brilliant Hoover picks up all the dog hair, haven’t used my big Hoover since having it, would definitely recommend for busy households,” while a third went on: “I liked the price of this product and for that price it is an amazing product.

“It smartly maps the room and has a good suction power. Plus its very easy to clean and the app’s very easy to use as well. All in all a good product for the price so will recommend it further.”
