Coronation Street’s very own Charlotte Jordan has set the internet ablaze with her stunning hair makeover as she prepares to bid farewell to the cobbles.
The actress, who’s been charming viewers as Daisy Midgeley for half a decade, is ready to hang up her Weatherfield boots, revealing earlier this year: “It’s time for me to start a new chapter and explore other opportunities.”
Charlotte made a splash on Instagram recently, unveiling new blonde locks after ditching her signature brunette hairdo. She cheekily captioned her post: “well well well look who’s come back to Instagram to post her cute little mob wife outfit of the day xoxo.”
Her 222K followers couldn’t contain their excitement, with comments flooding in like: “The hair is really doin’ stuff”, and others expressing their adoration with: “Obsessed with the hair actually”, “okayy, the hair eatsss”, “Oh wait that hair is gorjous” and “I love your hair colour.”

Reflecting on her imminent exit, Charlotte shared earlier this year: “My time at Coronation Street is something I’ll always cherish. After a brilliant four years for Daisy, it’s time for me to start a new chapter and explore other opportunities.”, reports Lancs Live.
She also expressed her gratitude, adding: “It’s been a privilege to be part of a wonderful institution with even more wonderful colleagues who have taught me so much.”
It comes as Daisy is set to be left in the dark as she discovers her stepmother Jenny Connor has been keeping a secret next week. In scenes to come, Jenny surprises Rita Tanner with a spa voucher, revealing that Daisy’s dad had invested shares in her name years ago and she’s now looking at a whopping £60k payout.
However, as the week unfolds, it seems Jenny opts to keep her financial windfall under wraps from Daisy. Amid these scenes, Daisy frets over the money they owe Carla Connor, yet Jenny keeps quiet about her newfound wealth.

In the meantime, Daniel Osbourne proposes to Daisy that she should move in with him and Bertie, but Daisy is concerned about leaving Jenny alone at the pub.
Later on, Jenny gifts Daisy the spa voucher, pretending she bought it to lift her spirits. Daisy is moved by the unexpected gesture while Jenny battles feelings of guilt.
But it seems Jenny’s secret won’t stay hidden for long. By the end of the week, Daisy ponders over her stepmother’s recent windfall and questions how long she plans to keep it hush-hush.
Simultaneously, Jenny offers Carla a hefty £60k towards her debt. Carla, however, is not impressed by the offer and instead suggests Jenny use the money to secure a business loan so she can settle the entire debt…
