Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal troubles continue to mount.
According to legal documents reviewed by TMZ and Page Six, the embattled hip-hop mogul is now being sued by a male escort whom he allegedly threatened and sodomized. Diddy’s legal team has denied the allegations leveled in the complaint and reiterated their client’s innocence as he faces federal sex crime charges.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” his lawyers said in a statement to TMZ. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The plaintiff, identified as “John Doe,” claimed he and Diddy were introduced in 2012 through a “male-companion service” in Florida. John Doe said he eventually traveled to New York City to meet the Bad Boy Records founder at the InterContinental Hotel. Diddy was allegedly with a “female companion” when the plaintiff entered the hotel room.
According to the complaint, Diddy ordered the escort to perform oral sex and degrading sex acts on the woman for several hours. John Doe claimed he was drugged during the encounter via a bottle of water and/or the baby oil that was rubbed on his body.
Diddy then allegedly followed the plaintiff to the bathroom and sodomized him. John Doe said the defendant then made a threatening reference to 2Pac’s unsolved murder.
“While in the bathroom, Combs entered and said, ‘I really want you to stay, let’s turn up, let’s turn up,’” the lawsuit read. “Doe reiterated that he was not feeling well and needed to leave. Combs replied saying, ‘No, we’re gonna have some fun,’ and grabbed Doe’s penis while he began to simultaneously touch himself.”
“You better not say a word to anybody about this. Did you hear me?” Combs allegedly told the sex worker. “I’m not fucking playing with you. If I can get ‘Pac hit, what the fuck do you think can happen to you?”
John Doe said he agreed to keep the sexual assault under wraps. The plaintiff is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 after he was accused of multiple sex crimes. He is now behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he awaits trial on racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.
