Dunelm has launched a huge Bank Holiday sale today (April 30), with major reductions on thousands of homeware favourites – including discounts on garden furniture just in time for summer.
Among the biggest savings to be had are on the Cancun 4 Seater Rattan Grey Conversation Set which has a whopping £100 off, bringing its price down from £299 to £199. This set includes two armchairs and one sofa in stylish and durable grey rattan complete with padded seat cushions, as well as a matching coffee table with a modern glass top.
With an overall rating of 4.4 out of five stars based on more than 100 reviews, the rattan set has earned praise as “fabulous” and “brilliant quality” by Dunelm shoppers. One person fed back that it “looks stylish and is comfortable to sit on”, while another described it as “well-made and excellent for a smaller garden”.
A third reviewer wrote: “This product is extremely comfortable, sturdy and very nice looking. The price is very good and the quality is fantastic.”
And someone else agreed: “Beautiful little set, so very happy with it. Just perfect for my patio. Easy to assemble, very sturdy and comfortable to sit on. Would recommend it – can’t fault it and the price is amazing.”
The main complaint from shoppers was regarding the assembly of the set, with some saying it was “tricky” or “fiddly” to put together as it arrives flat-packed. A few people also said that the screws supplied were “too short” or that the holes “didn’t line up”, although others said they had no problems setting it up.
For an even more budget-friendly option when it comes to getting your garden ready for the sunshine, deals website Wowcher is offering a similar 4-Seater Rattan Garden Furniture Sofa Set for just £89, reduced from its usual price of £169 – the black and grey versions of the set are unfortunately sold out, but the brown version is still available at the time of writing. Other similar sets at Wowcher include the 4 Piece Rattan Patio Furniture Set in black or grey for £94, and another 4-Seater Rattan Garden Furniture Set with Cushions in grey for £104.
Back at Dunelm, another one of the biggest price drops on garden furniture in the Bank Holiday sale is on the Otta 4 Seater Dining Set, which can now be snapped up for just £99.50 with 50% off – although this set is in the clearance section, so is likely to sell out quickly. Other favourites include 20% off the likes of the Double Egg Chair, the Harp String Garden Set, and the Elements 5 Seater Rope Corner Sofa.
