Hannah Elizabeth, the unforgettable Scouser from the debut series of Love Island, famously exited the villa engaged. Fast forward ten years, she’s now a thriving 34 year old single mum to her adorable five year old son Reggie, and she’s absolutely smashing it on OnlyFans as her main gig. In an exclusive chat, Hannah lifts the lid on her content, her cosmetic surgery, and opens up about how she plans to discuss her risqué career with little Reggie.
“I’ve always done glamour modelling with my boobs out, and that’s what I do on OnlyFans, I do implied nude,” she explains. “And you know, you used to be able to walk into the supermarket and open a magazine and see my boobs, so it’s the same! ” It was back in 2015 when Hannah, alongside Jon Clark, became Love Island runners-up, though their love story didn’t last post-show. Following an impressive body transformation, Hannah made her mark again in last year’s All Stars edition. Single but happy, she admits life’s never been better..

Hi Hannah! You’re looking fab. Are you happy with your appearance now?
I wouldn’t say I’m thrilled, because we all have days when we feel s**t! But I’ve literally had everything done and everybody knows it. I’m still obsessed with the Playboy, Pamela Anderson look, and I know that isn’t “in” at the minute, but I love it. With my surgeries I don’t think I’ve ever done something that hasn’t suited me. But I think I’m done. Maybe when I’m older I might get a bit of a nip and a tuck, but at the minute I’m fine.
What do you make of the skinny jab trend?
I’m just not into that look – I love the Kardashians’ big-booty look. I’m trying to gain big curvy hips, and I’m in the gym trying to get my thighs more muscly. I love curves. I also love my food, I’m never dieting. I don’t like it when someone compliments my body and someone else says, “Yes, but she’s had surgery,” because, yes, I might have had that, but I also work really hard in the gym five times a week with a personal trainer. Reggie is five now.

How are you finding being a mum?
I always said I knew I should be a boy mum, and I was right. He’s my best mate and being a mum is the best feeling in the whole wide world. He’s in school now and I’m so proud of him. I’m a single mum but I’ve got a really good family around me. My mum and dad help me a lot.
Speaking of work… you’re killing it on OnlyFans. Your subscriber numbers are always going up, aren’t they?
To be honest, OnlyFans is the best thing I’ve ever done work-wise. It’s my main job, I shoot every single week for it. It’s what I do best, and it’s what I’ve done since I left school. There used to be all the lads’ mags, but they’ve gone so it’s only natural that you go with the times. I’m supporting my son and I can work from anywhere. I can control my content. I love planning my content and coming up with ideas and shooting with different people. It’s amazing.

Have you thought about how you’ll talk to Reggie about it when he’s older?
Because I’ve done glamour modelling for so long, I don’t care what anyone thinks about it. I’ve already got over all of that. I’ll say to Reggie, “That’s my job, and without it we wouldn’t have all these things.” And in terms of how long I’ll do it, I’ll basically do it until I feel like I look too old!
You’ve just filmed a second series of In Real Life for OnlyFansTV too…
Yes, I spent the day on a farm and loved it. People normally see a really glamorous side of me, but you actually get to see me working on a farm, which is a completely different look. When I was a kid I was a horsey girl. I was always in the stables, so I’m not scared of mucking in and getting stuck in.
Do you think people judge you because of how you look?
Yes. I know I’ve got a very over-the-top look and I know that’s not everybody’s cup of tea, but it’s definitely my cup of tea. The good thing about doing things like Love Island and In real life is it changes people’s perceptions of me and they realise I’m a down-to-earth, normal person.
It’s 10 years since you first went on Love Island…
I can’t believe it’s been 10 years at all, and I can’t believe how much the show has blown up and how big it’s become. When I did it we had no game plan, we had no idea what we were doing. We were just thrown into this house and we had a ball. I never thought I’d get the chance to go back in again, but I was so grateful to go and relive it.

Are you enjoying watching All Stars again?
Yes, but I’m looking at the house and thinking, “That’s my gaff!” It’s hard because I know lots of them. I’m really rooting for Casey [O’ Gorman], he’s my mate, and Ronnie [Vint] too. I think Luca [Bish] and Grace [Jackson] would be an absolute power couple, but I don’t know if he’s fully into that. Ekin-Su [Cülcüloglu] is great, because she’s really stirring! They’re an older crowd this year… Yes, and it’s annoying because in my series I literally felt haggard! I was 34 and they were all kids, really. India [Reynolds] is my age and we used to do the lads’ mags together. It’s mad to see Scott Thomas back – what a lovely lad.
What about Ronnie?
Well, he’s my mate outside and I know he’s causing a bit of s**t with the ladies, but I don’t think we’ve seen all of him yet. I don’t think he’ll stay with Elma [Pazar] to be honest, even though she’s lovely. I can see his head getting turned. And they’re going to throw a lot of bombshells in. I’m very excited.
