Holidaymakers can jet off to Barbados or Thailand from just £99 in epic mystery deal

If you’re yearning for a holiday but aren’t sure exactly where to go, a mega new travel deal where your destination is drawn at random could be the perfect answer.

Wowcher has just launched its latest Ultimate Mystery Holiday deal, with the chance to fly to a surprise location from under £100 per person. Among the destinations are long-haul getaways to the Maldives, Barbados or Thailand, city breaks to the likes of Rome, Madrid or Disneyland Paris, or beach holidays to Ibiza, Cyprus, Malaga and many more.

There are three price tiers to choose from, standing at £99, £129 or £159 per person depending on which airports and departure dates you would prefer, and your mystery break could be anywhere from two nights to two weeks. Return flights and a three-star hotel stay are included in the price of each deal – and even better, everyone who enters is in with a chance of winning extras for their holiday, from £200 spending money to transfers, tours and breakfast upgrades.

With a whopping total of 115 places you could see yourself jetting off to if you snap up the Ultimate Mystery Holiday deal from Wowcher, here are the longest getaways you could win:

  • 14 Night Egypt Nile Cruise & Hurghada Holiday
  • 7 Night Maldives Holiday
  • 7 Night Thailand Holiday
  • 7 Night Bali Holiday
  • 7 Night Barbados Holiday
  • 7 Night Dominican Republic Holiday
  • 7 Night Mexico Holiday
  • 7 Night Florida Holiday
  • 4 Night Prague & Budapest Holiday
  • 4 Night Athens & Istanbul Holiday
  • 4 Night Venice & Lake Como Holiday
  • 4 Night Krakow & Budapest Holiday

The rest of the breaks up for grabs on the deal are three or two-night stays, ranging from long-haul visits to New York or Dubai to city breaks across Europe or beach holidays to Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, Spain and more. The cheapest £99 deal will see you fly out from London between September and December this year or January to March or May next year, while the priciest £159 tier includes June to July 2024 or April 2025 departures from regional airports.

The deal works by clicking ‘BUY’ on your preferred holiday tier on the Wowcher website – you will then receive your voucher code via email along with a link to redeem the offer. During the redemption process, you will be given the chance to select an airport group if you chose one of the ‘Regional Airports’ deals – which includes a ‘North East’ section encompassing Newcastle and Middlesbrough airports – and travel date availability will be shown to you based on this selection.

You will then be asked to provide some additional information in order to make your holiday booking, with destinations drawn at random based on your preferred travel dates. Wowcher advises redeeming your code as soon as possible, as anyone who fails to complete the redemption process within 28 days of the draw date will not be entitled to a refund.

Wowcher shoppers should be aware that the deal prices are based on two adults sharing, so will need to purchase two vouchers in order to qualify for the £99, £129 or £159 per person rates. If you wish to buy a single voucher, a supplement fee will be added at the time of booking with the holiday provider, and customers who plan to travel with three or more passengers will not qualify for some destinations – you can read the full list of terms and conditions on the Wowcher website.

If you prefer to put a bit more planning into your holidays, TUI is offering customers £200 off long-haul holidays over £1500 when they use special code LH200 at the checkout – but be quick, as the discount ends on Tuesday, April 30. And Jet2 is also offering holidaymakers up to £240 off all summer getaways when they sign up for a free myJet2 account.
