Tension seems to be brewing in the I’m A Celebrity jungle, as viewers felt the vibes shift after Dean McCullough tackled yet another daunting trial.
The BBC Radio One host faced his third challenge of the series this Thursday and was aiming for a win. After bowing out of his first task with the iconic phrase “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” and scoring no stars alongside content creator GK Barry, Dean went into his latest trial hopeful for a better outcome.
It wasn’t smooth sailing in the Lethal Lab as Dean struggled with the macabre task of unfastening stars with just his mouth as various critters loomed about him. The ordeal intensified with fish guts joining the mix, leading Dean to terminate the trial after bagging four stars.

Triumphant with his catch, Dean bounded back to camp to share the news. Warmly welcomed by most, there was an air of discord detected by the eagle-eyed audience when McFly star Danny Jones’ reaction – or lack thereof – sparked murmurs among fans, reports the Mirror.
Some viewers took to the internet voicing their take: “Danny is absolutely not impressed.” Comments kept coming with another saying, “Oop Danny does not look pleased.” while a third remarked, “I think Danny is p***ed off which is completely understandable.”
Bluntness followed as another fan stated, “Danny McFly looks like he wants to kill him. Not buying his 4-star bulls**t at all.” Yet another chimed in with, “Danny didn’t look too impressed at failing at fishguts.”
Ant McPartlin, the beloved host, rallied behind Dean, encouraging him to fully commit to the challenge and not throw in the towel. Meanwhile, viewers are making their voices heard from their sofas, demanding that a new leaf be turned.

The audience is imploring one another to stop selecting Dean for the fear-inducing Bushtucker Trials. One viewer pleaded: “I’m begging you all please leave dean and grace alone let someone else do the trials they have been through ENOUGH.”
Echoing this sentiment, another viewer suggested: “Can we agree as a collective to leave dean out of trials.”
Moreover, another fan sympathetically posted: “Guys PLEASE stop voting dean in i feel so bad for him, don’t make my fav leave before he even gets the chance to win.”

A further comment expressed exasperation: “Idk who keeps voting for dean but it’s getting boring lads, leave him alone.” Dean walked away from his Bushtucker trial on Tuesday evening just moments in.
On the exclusive show I’m A Celebrity Unpacked, presenters Ant and Dec shared their frustration about viewers missing out on the entirety of the trial after Dean exited early during Sinister Sarcophagus on Tuesday night.
Dec stated: “We are genuinely disappointed because you are prepared to do the whole trial and you want to see the whole thing. There’s a lot of time gone into the trials so when it’s called early your like, ‘oh’.”
