It’s one of the trickiest trips of the season for Newcastle United this evening as the Magpies travel to Anfield in the Premier League.
Eddie Howe‘s side prepared for the visit to the champions in waiting with a nervy 4-3 victory over Nottingham Forest at St James’ Park. Liverpool, in turn, went to Manchester City and dispatched of Pep Guardiola’s side with a 2-0 win.
Newcastle midfielder Sandro Tonali looks fit enough to start once again, while Sven Botman and Joelinton are progressing well with their own injury returns. There’s also the chance we see Howe opt for five at the back on Merseyside.
