Love Island bosses ‘sign up’ fan-favourite after sad split from girlfriend of 4yrs for All Stars series

Love Island bosses are reportedly eyeing up a newly single star for their All Stars spin-off series. The show, which is hosted by Maya Jama, first aired last year and featured stars such as Adam Maxted, Joseph Garratt, Eve Gale, Jess Gale, Anton Danyluk, Georgia Harrison, Josh Ritchie and more.

This year, it’s rumoured that Nas Majeed, who found love with co-star Eva Zapico on the 2020 series, could be joining the line-up, however, it’s been said that “nothing” is officially inked just yet. Nas and Eva dated for four years before announcing their split earlier this year, leaving fans shocked. At the time, Nas released a statement saying: “Unfortunately, Eva and I have decided to end our relationship. There is no bad blood or wrongdoing – it was a mutual decision and completely amicable decision. We tried to work things out over the past couple of months but decided this was for the best, and are both at peace with the situation. I am grateful to Eva and her family for the past 4 years and will cherish those memories, and wish her all the best going forward. Thank you all for your continued love and support, I really do appreciate it.”

Nas became a familiar face as an original islander on Love Island’s sixth season, which kicked off in January 2020. It was three weeks into the South Africa-filmed series when Eva Zapico arrived at Casa Amor and was later whisked away to the main villa by Nas, who had previously been paired with Demi Jones.

The second instalment of the hit ITV reality series spin-off is all set to dazzle viewers on January 13 at 9pm. Fans got a teaser this week on the show’s Instagram, featuring an invite addressed to ‘dating royalty’. The enticing message read: “Dear Islander, as dating royalty, you are cordially invited back to the villa as a Love Island All Star.”

While the lineup of ITV2 stars for the spin-off remains under wraps, the rumour mill is churning with names of potential returnees. Whispers suggest that Ekin-Su Culculoglu, Paige Thorne, Lucinda Strafford, Olivia Hawkins, Tyrique Hyde, and Scott Thomas might be stepping back into the villa in hopes of finding romance.
