Jack and Tori

Tori and Jack
Tori and Jack have been through tough times together

Tori has stood by her husband through some incredibly tough times. Despite Jack’s controversial comments to other co-stars, including telling one groom he needs to ‘muzzle’ his wife, and admitting to having a ‘secret girlfriend’ before the show – the couple are still together and are now living together.

Jack, a 34 year old personal trainer, and Tori, a 27 year old business development manager, have been spotted out together looking utterly smitten since their stint on the show. The couple’s final vows are yet to be broadcast for UK viewers, but Jack couldn’t wait to express his feelings on Instagram with a heartfelt tribute to his other half.

“Dear wife, you are the most incredible partner I could ever ask for. Your intelligence, your courage, your unconditional loyalty. You have supported me in ways that a man could never explain. For this, I thank you, my journey on #MAFS was unforgettable however it’s only a chapter out of our ‘story of life’. You complete me and I vowed to always protect, respect and take care of you #mybaby you have absolutely won my heart.”

Tori reciprocated with her own touching post: “Jack, our journey was not for the faint of heart. We spent each and every day on what felt like a battlefield. We were alignment from day dot and our unity never wavered. You showed me that the old-school love that I asked for, exists. You treat me with nothing but the utmost love, respect and gratitude. Thank you for making me feel protected, secure and valued.

“Jack, whilst we didn’t choose each other in the beginning, I can wholeheartedly say I choose you today and every day thereafter. This experiment is only the beginning of our journey, here’s to the next chapter of us #MAFS”.

Jayden and Eden

Eden and Jayden
Eden and Jayden won over fans quickly

Jayden and Eden quickly became the darlings of the show, with their immediate connection winning over fans. However, their journey hasn’t been without its bumps in the road.

The first hiccup came when Jayden confessed to Eden about a past revenge act on a cheating ex-girlfriend, which involved her best friend. The second hurdle was when the couple found themselves embroiled in an argument over Sara’s ’emotional infidelity’ scandal.

Towards the end of the experiment, cracks began to appear as Eden admitted she had “given up the fight”. The MAFS bride revealed her struggle with anxiety and confessed to her husband that she couldn’t give him what he wanted.

In an emotional conversation, Eden told him she “can’t do this anymore”. However, things seemed to take a positive turn at the end of the series, with the couple reportedly declaring their love for each other at the final dinner party and exchanging heartfelt words during their final vows.

But sadly, it has since emerged that the couple’s fairytale ended eight months after filming. In a heart-wrenching Instagram post, Eden announced that she and her TV husband Jayden had split.

The devastated bride, 28, simply stated he “didn’t choose me” after being together for eight months post-filming.

In her post, she shared: “I’m saddened to share that toward the end of the show airing, our relationship came to an end. The reality is, the person I chose, didn’t choose me.

“Whilst I’m disappointed that what you saw didn’t translate in the real world, I will never regret this experiment, the people I met, the lessons I learnt and the growth it has had on me.” A source close to Eden revealed the breakup came “completely out of the blue” for Eden and she is “pretty shattered about it”.

Sara and Tim

Sara and Tim have been putting on a united front

Nutritionist Sara, 29, and online business owner Tim, 31 have also been at the centre of some tough moments, most notably her explosive admission over meeting up with an ex behind Tim’s back. The couple seem to be trying to work things out, putting on a united front.

However, Sara recently confirmed to 9Entertainment that the couple have split up since the show. “We broke up a month after the Reunion. We didn’t speak for a little while after, it was hard for us both but a few months down the track we started talking again. We’re definitely friends now, we are very amicable. It’s been good to be on good terms because we went through this crazy ride together.”

She revealed she felt as if Tim never moved on from the issues they faced when she met up with her ex and called it a “constant battle”. Tim has since been spotted and is reportedly dating a new woman.

He was seen walking along the beach holding hands with Brazillian bombshell beauty Barbara, and the pair looked loved up.

Tristan and Cassandra

Tristan and Cassandra have had their struggles

Cassandra, a 29 year old admin officer, and Tristan, a 30 year old event manager, initially won over viewers with their charming wedding. But it soon became apparent that the pair were struggling to communicate, particularly because Tristan wasn’t showing enough affection.

At their final commitment ceremony, they agreed to split, admitting they were better off as friends. The episode was packed with emotion as Cass told Tristan: “The next woman to be with you will be the luckiest in the world,” and he responded, “To my ex-wife Cass, I am the luckiest dude to get matched with you. You have been patient, kind, you have listened but overall you are genuine and you mean everything to me.”

Meanwhile, Tristan has been seen out and about with fellow contestant Sara Mesa, leading to rumours of a romance, though they insist they’re just close pals. However, drama unfolds at the reunion, which UK fans haven’t seen yet, where Cassandra lashes out at Sara, branding her a “liar” and calling her “nasty” and “fake” – leaving viewers baffled, eager to find out what sparked Cassandra’s fiery confrontation.

Timothy and Lucinda

Lucinda and Timothy
Lucinda and Timothy have been through a big transformation

Online business guru Timothy, 51, and the ever-energetic MC and Wedding Celebrant Lucinda, 43, have truly transformed since their debut on the show. Despite now being in a much happier place, we’ve all seen Lucinda’s struggle to get Timothy to share his feelings more openly.

At the final commitment ceremony, the duo chose to part ways as pals. Lucinda melted viewers’ hearts with her touching words to Timothy: “I know that a wonderful woman awaits you..”

Post-show, Timothy took to Instagram to share his thoughts, posting: “Turns out Friends at First Sight is even better when you have a friendship like ours.” Gossip has been swirling about a possible spark between Andrea and Timothy, yet they’ve both laughed off the dating whispers, insisting they are “just friends” although Tim did share a cosy snap with Andrea and her little one.

Despite the speculation, fans are rooting for Timothy and Lucinda to reignite their flame, having become quite the fan favourites. However, the two have firmly stated they’re nothing more than mates who keep tabs on each other.

In a candid chat with 9Now, Timothy revealed: “We still stay in touch regularly, every couple of days she’ll shoot me a message and we’ll talk on the phone.” Lucinda chimed in with equal affection: “It’s a beautiful friendship we’ve got, we both feel really blessed. Tim feels like family… I’ve got a very special friendship in Tim.”

Jonathan and Lauren

32 year old PR and marketing consultant, Lauren and health business owner, Jonathan, 39, hit it off pretty well on the show. Yet, despite a few challenges along the way, they’ve remained intact, at least for the UK audiences!

Lauren is known for her outspoken personality which led to some issues but they managed to weather the storm together. However, all hell broke loose during their final vows when it was unveiled that Jono had been secretly texting fellow bride Ellie Dix.

This revelation sparked a major argument, resulting in Lauren calling it quits with Jonathan. To add another surprise to the mix, Jonathan and Ellie have now made their relationship public, blissfully sharing their reunion on social media, hand-in-hand.

Meanwhile, Lauren has expressed her best wishes to the new couple.

Collins and Natalie

Collins and Natalie struggle to accept one another

Physiotherapist Natalie, 32, and a 28 year old executive assistant Collins kicked off their journey on a strong note finding many commonalities between them. However, their vibrant journey quickly turned sour when Collins confessed he was “put off” by Natalie’s “nerdy” side, leading to an early exit from the experiment.

In an interview with Yahoo, Natalie opened up about their current status: “We don’t talk…What really hurt was he could see how sad and how affected I was by being on the experiment, and he never checked in. I checked in with him, and he gave me one-word answers, but he never reached out just to see if I was okay.”

Natalie opened up to Nine about her new love interest, stepping out of her comfort zone. She revealed: “I have been speaking to someone special. We’ve known each other for years. We met when she was married and I was in a long-term relationship. I’ve never dated a woman before, I’ve been attracted to them but I’ve never been able to take that step into dating.”

She shared that her new partner has been an “incredible support” since leaving the show, and they’re going to “see what happens”. As for Collins, who hasn’t shared any romantic updates, he remained tight-lipped about future plans, but reassured people he isn’t planning on starting an OnlyFans during a chat with Yahoo.

“My d**k’s too small for OnlyFans. he laughed. So yeah, there’s no OnlyFans. The people who do OnlyFans know they’ve got something to offer, I don’t.” He then expressed his hopes to “build a bigger platform and profile in the hosting realm” after appearing on the show.

Ben and Ellie

Ben and Ellie
Ben and Ellie go down hill quickly

As for Ellie, 32, a nurse, and Ben, 39, a podcaster and construction worker, things started well until Ellie accused her husband of not being on the show for “genuine reasons”. She ended the relationship with her husband after he disappeared for 24 hours and their relationship quickly deteriorated.

Exclusive snaps released by the Daily Mail showed Ellie and fellow MAFS participant Jonathan, who was initially paired with Lauren, enjoying a cosy beach day, complete with kisses and hand-holding, fuelling speculation about their romance. The duo has since gone public with their lovey-dovey status.

Meanwhile, Ben has thrown shade at the couple, questioning the authenticity of their feelings. Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Ben expressed his scepticism: “I don’t buy what they’re up to and what they’re trying to do, I think they’re onto something. They’ve got feelings for each other… But I’m not buying the smugness.”

Ridge and Jade

Jade and Ridge are a fan-favourite couple

27 year old psychiatric nurse Ridge and 26 year old executive assistant Jade hit it off from the get-go on their big day, quickly becoming fan favourites as one of the most solid pairs. Ridge shared an adorable Instagram post celebrating Jade after the cameras stopped rolling and said: “If you had told me before I went on this experiment that I’d find love, I would have laughed in your face and told you to tell your story walking.”

He continued, gushing over his connection with Jade: “In the experiment, I managed to meet a girl who made me fall so deeply for her and made me realise why it never worked with anyone else. She’s all I’ve ever wanted and so much more,” and he expressed his thankfulness for their bond. The couple is still an item but are currently living separately, though they’re making plans to bridge that gap soon.

Ash and Madeline

Psychic medium Madeleine, 30, and sales manager Ash, 33, seemed to have a bumpy beginning as they butted heads on their honeymoon. During the commitment ceremony, Madeline was ready to call it quits, but Ash chose to stick it out.

However, it was later unveiled that the pair had exited the experiment before reaching the next commitment ceremony, with Ash having a “change of heart” and Madeline making a sudden exit. Ash is now reportedly seeing a new lady, appearing “loved up” at a Grand Prix party.

When quizzed by the Daily Mail about a potential return to MAFS, he responded: “I definitely don’t think I would. No. I’ve happily started dating again and things are going good, it’s very early on though.”

Richard and Andrea

Motivational speaker Richard, 62, and photographer Andrea, 51, were the most mature couple on the show. Despite a promising start, they couldn’t overcome Richard’s candid remarks about their intimate life, leading to numerous disputes and allegations of gaslighting.

In one of the last commitment ceremonies, the duo decided to go their separate ways after failing to mend their relationship.

Stephen and Michael

Salesman Michael, 34, and hairdresser Stephen, 26, had a shaky start due to a deep-seated ‘lack of connection’ and accusations of flirting. Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, Stephen admitted: “We didn’t have anything to bond over… Every interaction, it just didn’t flow and it was hard work.”

Stephen and his former friend recently cut ties, with Stephen blaming it on “external pressures”. He says he’s “disappointed” about the situation.
