Omarion Reveals He Doesn’t Have a ‘Relationship’ With B2K’s Former Members

Omarion revealed that he doesn’t have a relationship with any of B2K’s members.

During a recent appearance on The Breakfast Club, Omarion explained that he doesn’t keep in touch with any of his former group mates with whom he’s been at odds in recent years.

“I always will honor my group, my foundation and where I come from,” said Omarion. “As far as personally, we don’t have a relationship.

“I will say that Boog did come to one of my shows and we chopped it up so there will always be a type of love there,” Omarion continued. “We grew up together, and we did something in all our lives that [no one else] did. So, I think there’s always a honor system there.”

In 2022, Omarion detailed his strained relationship with Raz-B, Lil’ Fizz, and J-Boog by explaining that they were brought together “to be brothers” but were unable to because of outside influences.

“Let’s just take the concept of brotherhood, right? Everybody has a different version of that, unfortunately, because some people don’t actually have siblings,” he said at the time. “It means different things to different people, so, I will say in one aspect in our journey, we were put together to be brothers, you know what I’m saying?

“But I don’t think in essence we were,” Omarion added. “I think that there were a lot of people that made sure that we connected and then disconnected.”

Fizz responded to Omarion’s comments with a few memes, while Raz-B released a lengthy letter criticizing Omarion’s behavior.

“Being a child of the Most high, people always gonna try to dim your light,” Raz wrote. “Nobody’s told me thank you for feeding their families nobody. I take full accountability for my actions on Millennium Tour but why would you wanna kick your own brother off the tour who brought the money to the table and then put out a press release say I want to see you in a good light?”

Just months before this verbal spat, Omarion implied that he was the real star of B2K during a Verzuz battle with Mario, referring to the group’s other members as “backup dancers.”
