It’s an event that is promising to light up skies above Newcastle this year and tickets have now gone on sale for the Space Safari drone show at a famous location on the outskirts of town.
A place that’s busy all year round, most notably for the Northumberland Plate weekend and then Ladies Day in July, in September, Newcastle Racecourse will play host to Space Safari, which will combine AI and drone-swarms, providing what is being promised to be an ‘unrivalled spectator experience.’
Inspired by an ancient African fable, Space Safari is a cosmic tale about rainforest animals fueled by love, self-belief and wanderlust adventures. Audiences in Gosforth look set to be treated to ‘an immersive cinematic experience with heart-felt narration, dazzling drone displays, and an epic soundtrack.’
There will be more than just the show itself to enjoy on the night as well, with the Racecourse having fairground rides, VR gaming, and an array of different food stalls, with tickets available HERE from £12.99.
An online description of the event adds: “Spectacular light patterns and breathtaking drone formations bring this epic narrative to life, creating a visual masterpiece that captures the imagination. Space Safari is more than just a show; it’s an immersive experience with epic-scale narration which will fascinate you from start to finish.
“Join us for an unforgettable voyage across time and space, where the magic of technology and the beauty of storytelling merge to create a cosmic adventure for all ages.”
The Space Safari will come to Newcastle as part of a UK tour, which will also take it to the likes of Leeds, Windsors, Derby and St Albans.
