Aldi warning to festive shoppers limiting special offer alcohol sale to just two bottles

Aldi has issued a crucial update for customers ahead of the festive season, urging shoppers to be aware of altered opening times during Christmas week and informing they are putting a two-bottle limit on their sought-after sparkling wine.

From December 27, there will be a “two bottle limit” on Aldi’s discounted Crémant De Loire sparkling wine, which will be on offer at half price, down from £8.99 to £4.99, allowing shoppers to pick up two bottles for just £9.98. This limitation is aimed at letting more shoppers enjoy the bargain this holiday season.

The Specially Selected sparkling wine has been lauded for its “mouth-watering, creamy, honey flecked, quince and golden apple fruit” notes. Julie Ashfield, Aldi UK’s managing director of buying, stated: “We want everyone to be able to raise a glass of quality wine this festive period, without breaking the bank. By lowering the price of our exquisite Crémant De Loire to just £4.99 and introducing a two-bottle limit, we’re ensuring more customers can experience this exceptional sparkling wine at an unbelievable price.”, reports the Mirror.

Meanwhile, the retailer has reminded customers that store hours will vary, suggesting they plan their shopping trips accordingly.
