Amazon shoppers have been rushing to buy the “perfect” hand luggage solution for their 2025 holidays that’s ideal for all manner of trips thanks to its size and stand-out features.
The Lossga Underseat Cabin Bag has seen its price reduced to as little as £17.86, and is designed with multiple compartments and pockets perfect for keeping your belongings safe and organised on your next getaway. Available in a range of colours with black being the cheapest, the backpack opens 180 degrees just like a suitcase to make light work of packing, and is designed with a breathable padded back and straps so you can carry it around comfortably.
Reinforced with strong stitching and a water-repellent finish, other features of this cabin bag include a wet pocket ideal for storing dirty laundry on your way home as well as hitting the beach or pool on holiday, and an anti-theft pocket perfect for your passport, phone and any other airport essentials. But the main attraction is its size, which is perfect for avoiding those extra airline fees when it comes to hand luggage.
The bag measures 40x20x25cm, which is the maximum limit that Ryanair allows for luggage before they start charging you to bring it on board the plane. With Ryanair the strictest of the airlines operating in the UK when it comes to its cabin bag size rules, this means that you can also take the Lossga bag onto the likes of easyJet, British Airways, Jet2 and TUI flights for free.
With more than 6,500 reviews, the cabin bag has also earned the seal of approval from Amazon shoppers, racking up an average rating of 4.5 out of five stars with more than one thousand bought in the last month as households prepare for their 2025 holidays.
One reviewer praised: “I cannot stress enough just how brilliant these bags are. My husband and I used these for travelling around America a couple of months ago and they fit under the seat of each flight we took, no matter which airline – BA, Ryanair, Iberia, Delta. They’re so well made, that despite being stuffed full and thrown around, all of the stitching and zips have remained intact. They fit a surprising amount in despite their size and have really handy compartments. They’re comfortable to wear and they’re wipeable too.”
Another agreed: “Travelled with these bags for a family of five. Easy to carry for my nine-year -old. Padded straps were very helpful. Easily stored five days’ wear. The pocket that sits on your lower back is fantastic. We’ve needed to carry our passports all week so this has been great. The waterproof pockets have been good for beach days and drinks. We’ve also been using one bag as a day bag. Overall a really great bag.”
A third shopper said: “Went to Morocco from Friday to Sunday with Ryanair. This bag is amazing – I fitted three days’ worth of clothes as well as makeup, sandals and underwear. Will definitely order another as they are great for weekends away. Very comfortable to carry, lots of pockets for phone, glasses underwear, passport – plus you can use your earphones with your phone in the outside pocket as they have a little port to pass your earphones through. Very light and easy to store away.”
And someone else wrote: “Quite deceptive what can be packed in here. It’s perfect hand luggage with plenty of zip pockets and the quality is decent. I like the fact it has a strap which can slide over your suitcase handle too. Fits perfectly under the seat in front.”
Overall, 70% of Amazon customers gave the Lossga Underseat Cabin Bag a five-star rating, while a further 19% gave it four stars. But some shoppers were less impressed, with one person feeding back: “Useful bag as it is the right size for easyJet but has too many compartments which cuts down on the capacity and makes it difficult to find stuff.”
Similar options elsewhere that will fit within Ryanair’s restrictions include the Cabin Max Metz 20L Underseat Cabin Bag available from Decathlon, which is priced at £30 with 16 colours to choose from. Meanwhile, Aerolite is offering the Ryanair Maximum Size Cabin Luggage Backpack for £24.99 reduced from £54.99 in its seasonal sale.
And last month, Amazon shoppers were also snapping up the Xlodea Cabin Bag, which currently has a £4 off voucher offer meaning you can get it for as little £18.95. Designed with two roomy main compartments as well as a laptop section and a pocket for wet clothes, the bag is also equipped with easy-to-reach front pockets perfect for your travel documents as well as an anti-theft zipper pocket – read more about it here.
