Kevin Durant on Kendrick Lamar Super Bowl Halftime Show: ‘Meant Nothing to Me… Pretty Boring Day’

Kevin Durant did not appear to be all that impressed with Kendrick Lamar‘s performance at the Apple Music Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show or the game itself.

When asked by Dana Scott of The Arizona Republic on Monday for his thoughts about the halftime show, Durant responded, “It meant nothing to me.”

“It was a pretty boring day,” Durant added. “The game was a little… yeah, the game got out of hand.”

KD said he “didn’t pay attention” to Kendrick’s performance and “kind of skimmed through the whole thing.” Funny enough, that’s the same way Drake said he listened to Future and Metro Boomin’s collab albums, We Don’t Trust You and We Still Don’t Trust You, on the diss track, “Family Matters.”

“Two separate albums dissin’, I just did a Kim to it, n***a, skim through it,” he rapped.
