Kim Kardashian hints at cutting Kris Jenner’s ‘momager’ fee in new Kardashians episode

The world’s ultimate glam fam are gracing our screens once again, as The Kardashians dropped on Disney+ today (6th February), promising viewers another dose of their dazzling lifestyle.

Midway through the opener, we caught Kim Kardashian in a candid moment with Kris Jenner and sister Khloe Kardashian, chatting about their endless business pursuits.

Family matriarch and original ‘momager’, Kris has been the guiding force behind her daughters skyrocketing careers think Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie they all dub her their career queen bee.

For all her strategic steering, Kris has been snagging a cool 10% from the lucrative deals her girls ink.

Yet, there was a touch of shade thrown by Kim regarding Kris’s managers fee, hinting it might be time her mum didn’t pocket that share anymore, reports the Mirror.

In a confessional direct to camera, the mother-of-four quipped: “It’s just so interesting that she seems so interested in our careers, she’s still getting her 10% cause that’s what they do.”

Adding some cheeky contemplation, she mused: “But she actually shouldn’t, I might think about this. Now that she’s her own star in her own right and she’s focusing on her own career, I don’t really know what she’s managing these days.”

This follows Kris’s disclosure last year that retirement isn’t on her radar, intent on continuing her managerial magic with the Kardashian clan.

During a chinwag with James Corden, Kris reflected: “My mom [Mary Jo Campbell] retired when she was 82.”

She added, sharing her mother’s words: “And she talks about her job every single day when we’re together, and she will say to me, ‘Oh, my job kept me young, and with purpose, and with joy’.

“It’s finding solutions for things. It’s your organizational skills. It’s your people skills. It’s the love of life.

“It’s having somewhere to go, getting up, getting dressed, presenting yourself to the world a certain way, and interacting with the people that you love.”

The family catapulted to fame back in 2007 after landing their first reality show, Keeping up with the Kardashians.

Since then, they’ve built an empire with their various business endeavours and television shows, and are one of the most talked-about families in the world.
