Wednesday’s Love Island All Stars saw temperatures rise as Ekin-Su and Elma clashed, with fans thrilled to see Ekin-Su’s feisty side once again. After a villa dinner, Ekin-Su and Curtis felt the need to clear the air with Elma and Sammy, as their fellow Islanders eavesdropped. Ekin-Su confronted the couple: “I feel like ever since the heart rate challenge there’s been a weird grudge between you two and us and you haven’t let it go.”
Sammy tried to defuse the situation, saying “it could have gone wrong for you and it didn’t, I’m happy about that,” but Ekin-Su was having none of it. “I’m sick of it and I’m just frustrated, I’ve been quiet for days. I’m telling you exactly how I feel, you’ve had something against me since the heart rate challenge, let it go.” Elma hit back: “Did we not sort it out the other day? You’re getting on my nerves.” The argument fizzled out only when Elma walked off, reports the Mirror.

The drama goes back over a week to Ekin-Su’s antics in the heart rate challenge, where she kissed Sammy, who was paired with Elma, stirring up controversy. Later, Elma vented to Catherine Agbaje about Ekin-Su: “Do you not think it’s mad she [Ekin-Su] kissed him [Sammy]? …it’s just weird if you’re gonna kiss one, kiss all, but you went out of your way to kiss Sammy…it made me feel weird about her.”
Ekin-Su did offer an apology to fellow islander Elma, yet they’ve stayed on rocky ground, with audiences utterly gripped by their fiery exchange recently. Some fans even accused Elma of ‘bullying’ Ekin-Su.

“After this argument I need Ekin in that final. I don’t care how jarring she’s been before we will NOT let Elma the bully get anywhere near that money yeah?” one fan passionately tweeted. Another shared, “I knew Ekin would reach a point where she would have to speak her mind, I love this,”
A third chimed in: “I’m glad Ekin stood up for herself and said it like it was!” with yet another adding, “Ekin has shown genuine guilt and has apologised multiple times and has taken so much heat and embarrassment for it in multiple challenges and she accepted it. Elma is just insecure and projecting clearly.” And another fan simply declared, “She’s back.”
It’s crunch time for the contestants, as there are only days left before the Love Island All Stars series crowns its champs. With £50,000 at stake, all eyes will be on who joins past winners Molly Smith and Tom Clare in the winner’s circle during the grand finale airing Monday 17 February.
