Pitbull Kindly Reminds Us That ‘the Word Impossible Says I’m Possible’

Leave it to Mr. Worldwide to turn the impossible into the possible.

Known for his positive tweets, legendary Miami artist Pitbull encouraged followers to look on the bright side with a profound message on Wednesday.

“The word impossible says I’M POSSIBLE,” Mr. 305 wrote.

Reactions to the tweet were mixed, with some appreciating the timely message amid the announcement about higher tariffs and other depressing global news. While juggling responsibilities and the career demands are getting the best of Americans, sometimes it’s necessary to have some hope.

Others, however, thought Pitbull’s reminder was corny. Dictionary company Merriam-Webster even schooled him about the word’s prefix.

Among other funny tweets, one person insisted that “this week’s therapist session is CANCELLED,” and another compared the rapper to William Shakespeare. But Pitbull keeps fans entertained with lighthearted tweets, previously posting, “What comes quick, leaves quicker. It’s about a slow but fo’sho [100 emoji].”

Maybe Pitbull’s upbeat nature is why Doja Cat named him among her “Big 3” last year along with Baby Bash and Chingy. Also last year, Flavor Flav called for the protection of Pitbull, Snoop Dogg, and other artists named after canines when President Donald Trump alleged that Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, were eating pets.
