Just a month after a ticket scramble for his Newcastle arena date, there will soon be another Sam Fender frenzy, with the news that he is returning to St James’ Park to play two more gigs there next summer
Even with Newcastle United’s famous ground having a large capacity, tickets for Sam’s shows there last year were like gold dust, as it seemed like everyone in the city, as well as many fans from further afield wanted to be there.
Well now, after many people were left disappointed they didn’t manage to get any to see him at the Utilita Arena on his People Watching tour on December 20, Sam has given Tyneside what it was crying out for, with the announcement of two dates at St James for 2025.
The North Shields Brit winner and his band will be on stage at the stadium on June 12 and 14, with Sam’s St James support acts already confirmed as Cmat for both dates and The War on Drugs on the Saturday night. If you want to at least try to get tickets here’s all you need to know.
How to get Sam Fender St James’ Park 2025 tickets
General sale tickets for both dates will begin on Friday, November 29, from the likes of Ticketmaster and Seetickets, with fans also given the chance of getting them via a pre-sale on November 26, by pre-ordering the new People Watching album from Sam’s website.
£1 from every ticket sold will be donated back into select cultural organisations such as Youth Music and Sunday For Sammy to support the arts in the North East.
