tWitch’s Mom Fears Wife Allison Holker’s Book Could Tarnish His Legacy

Stephen “tWitch” Boss’ mom Connie Boss Alexander thinks Allison Holker’s memoir will tarnish her late son’s legacy.

Holker’s book, This Far has been causing tension for weeks, particularly after she claimed she found a “cornucopia” of drugs including mushrooms, pills, and “other substances” amongst tWitch’s belongings after his death.

Those allegations still aren’t sitting well with Alexander, who discussed her concerns with Gayle King.

“I’m not saying that my son was perfect,” she said in a preview clip. “I do believe he had experiences where he tried this, that or the other. But no, I don’t believe that there was that type of issue, that type of problem.”

Boss died by suicide at the age of 40. An autopsy revealed that neither drugs nor alcohol were found in his system, per Us Weekly.

“I applaud speaking about mental health awareness because of course there was something going on there at the end that we were not aware of,” Alexander told CBS Mornings. “I applaud that. If that was the intent of the book to make people aware, look out for these types of signs, there’s a way to say that in general without denigrating the memory and the legacy that he built and that’s there for his children.”

Alexander feels like “there’s now this question in the air when his name comes up and that bothers me.”

In January, Holker made headlines for some of the revealing details she was including in her memoir. She later apologized on her Instagram Story, writing that her “only intention” was to “share my own story as well as part of my life with Stephen.”

She continued, “Just like you, I never really knew what happened and even as I am trying to put the pieces together, I will never really know.”

Holker and Boss were together for 12 years and married for nine. In that time, they welcomed an 8-year-old son, Maddox, and a 4-year-old daughter, Zaia. Boss also adopted Holker’s daughter from a previous marriage, 16-year-old Weslie Renae.
