Ye has thrown Dave Chappelle’s name in the middle of his latest tweet spree and claimed there are several other comedians funnier than him.
On Saturday, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West launched into another antisemitic tirade where he mentioned his longtime friend and bashed him for allegedly showing his “true colors.” According to Ye, Dave has been lying to Black people and is actually assisting the Jewish community and their alleged “agendas.”
“Why do I target Dave Chapelle Causeyall think he speaking for black people when he’s really a voice for Jewish agendas,” tweeted Ye. “Now put this koon ass n***a up on stage and let him do his koon shit while I name comedians that are way funnier than you that don’t have as big a name How you gone call yourself the funniest man on earth right in front of Chris Rock Who’s name is actually bigger than yours.”
Ye then shared several posts of various comedians he believed were “genius” and funnier than Chappelle, including Jerrod Carmichael, Corey Holcomb, Mitch Hedberg, Louis C.K., Anthony Jeselnik, and Deray Davis. He also claimed to still love Chappelle before giving a few more unclear details about why he’s dragging his longtime friend through the mud.
“And I still found a good picture cause I love you n***a,” Ye continued. “But this shit is not about emotion This is a war where you have to get your jokes approved by Jewish people But you don’t run your jokes past the kingYou banished you lanky ass dry Travis Scott lipped motherfucker.”
He continued, “Every joke you tell I’m on yo ass You used to be my hero Dave You were one of my inspirations to go to war with adidasAnd after you thought I lost that battle you showed your true colors your envy The hate in your blood cause you want to be a rock star but you just can’t get the same pussy as me and John Mayer and DeRay You ugly You been Ugly You was ugly when the Jews took you in You ugly now And you gone die ugly.”
As of press time, Chappelle has not responded to Ye’s remarks. Other than Chappelle mentioning Ye in his jokes, there has been no major friction between the friends, and things have been cool between them for the most part.
Last year, a fan who attended a Chappelle comedy performance recalled the veteran comic’s story detailing an interesting dinner he had with Ye and his wife, Bianca Censori. According to the fan, Ye was the source of many of Chappelle’s jokes, but the latter made it clear there was no beef between them.
“He recently had dinner with ye and bianca but said it was the most uncomfortable dinner hes ever attended because bianca was basically naked,” the fan recalled on Reddit.”He said it looked like she woke up put some makeup on, slapped some duct tape on her tittys and shoved a cork up her pussy and walked out the door.”
